About

Attorney Justin Hall is the junior partner of Nicholson and Hall, PLLC.

He is a Nashville native who graduated from Greenbrier High School in 2011, Middle Tennessee State University (“MTSU”) with his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice in 2015, and Nashville School of Law in 2022.

Justin has been passionate about law from an early age. Justin participated in Mock Trial at Greenbrier High School and MTSU for 6 years. He served on the Judicial Board and Interfraternity Council at MTSU as well, honing his leadership skills.

During college, Justin worked as a law clerk at Hagan & Farrar, PLLC – now known as Hagan Jenkins Law Group. From there, he dove into the world of real estate and title law. During law school, Justin worked at Rudy Title & Escrow. After graduating from law school, he was offered a position as a national commercial underwriter for First American. There, he handled over $750 million dollars worth of commercial real estate deals. Next, Justin was a led McMichael & Gray, PC’s Tennessee division where he handled entire development projects from land acquisition to new construction sale for some of the nation’s largest builders.

Justin began working with Chelsea Nicholson’s office in 2024 focusing on criminal defense and personal injury cases. He has successfully won a Bench Trial in Sumner County General Sessions and has obtained great outcomes and dismissals for his other clients. He has handled numerous DUI cases, domestic violence cases, drug cases, sex offense cases, a kidnapping case, and many DCS abuse registry administrative hearings.

Justin Hall also practices personal injury. The firm has handled many cases from slip and falls to automobile accidents. He has obtained great results for his clients who have sustained serious injuries, recently landing our client a six-figure settlement.

Lastly, Justin helps to represent the Dismas House, a nonprofit holistic treatment and re-entry program in Nashville. He helps all the residents get their driver’s license by filing Motions to Waive Court Costs.

His hobbies include traveling, working out, attending concerts, and playing with his black labrador, Maverick, and dachshund, Goose.
